Kaiser Permanente has struck a tentative deal with labor unions in the wake of strikes by more than 75,000 Kaiser healthcare workers, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday. The report said that Kaiser announced the deal Friday after the first full day of bargaining. The agreement comes after workers engaged in what was the longest healthcare strike on record, the WSJ said. Kaiser didn’t immediately respond to a MarketWatch request for comment on the agreement.
